Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using GigPool, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GigPool.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Creative subscriptions

Creative accounts require a subscription of £9/month to appear in organiser search results, following a 30-day free trial (one per account). You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.

4. Organiser accounts

Organisers may search creatives, post gigs, and send booking enquiries. You agree to provide accurate event details and to deal with creatives in good faith.

5. Bookings & payments

GigPool facilitates introductions and bookings but is not a party to any agreement between users. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and GigPool charges a platform commission on confirmed bookings.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload and grant GigPool a licence to display it on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe others' rights.

7. Prohibited conduct & zero tolerance

GigPool has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You must not:

  • Provide false information or impersonate others.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • Post offensive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Circumvent the platform to avoid fees, or otherwise misuse the service.

You can report content or users, and block abusive users, at any time from within the app. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content or accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Profile approval & suspension

Profiles may be reviewed and must be approved by our team. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.

9. Limitation of liability

GigPool is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the quality of services provided by creatives, the conduct of users, or any disputes, missed bookings, or damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
