- Profile information — profile photo, bio, media, genres, rates, and location (creatives); organisation details (organisers).
- Content you provide — gig posts, booking enquiries, messages, reviews, and complaints.
- Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- Device & usage data — device identifiers, push-notification tokens, and app/website usage and log data.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and profile.
- To connect organisers and creatives, and facilitate bookings and payments.
- To enable messaging, notifications, reviews, and support.
- To keep the platform safe (verification, moderation, and fraud prevention).
- To comply with our legal obligations.
Sharing & third parties
We share data only as needed to run the service, including with:
- Stripe — to process payments.
- Google Firebase — for authentication and push notifications.
- Other users — the limited profile information needed to facilitate bookings.
We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations.
Your rights

- Delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Delete Account) or by contacting us.
